This catalog entry describes a substantial wooden poultry house that spans over 112 inches in length. It is designed to accommodate between two and six chickens comfortably, providing ample space for both roosting and exercise. The structure includes a large integrated run enclosed with hardware cloth to keep the flock safe from local predators.
A unique feature of this model is the sunroof on the weather-resistant roof, which allows natural light to brighten the interior of the coop. It also comes equipped with two nesting boxes, giving hens a private and quiet place to lay eggs. The pull-out tray simplifies the cleaning process, allowing you to remove waste without entering the main house.
The use of hardware cloth instead of standard chicken wire provides an extra level of security against smaller predators. The wooden construction is sturdy and designed to withstand outdoor conditions throughout the year. This coop is a comprehensive solution for backyard farmers who want a permanent and spacious home for their ducks or chickens.
